Wellbeing

rounded

Wellbeing isn’t something we add on—it’s part of who we are. At Urban College, we know that young people thrive when they feel seen, supported, and understood. That’s why our approach to wellbeing is woven into every part of college life—from the way we build relationships, to the way we teach, communicate, and create safe spaces for learning.

We recognise that every student brings a unique story, and we’re committed to meeting them where they are. Our staff are trained to respond with care, consistency, and compassion, supporting students to manage life’s challenges and build the confidence to move forward.

Wellbeing at Urban College isn’t a program - it’s a culture. We teach practical skills to support emotional and social development, while providing tailored support for students with more complex needs. Our team works closely with students and families to build strong, respectful partnerships that wrap around the individual.
Here, every student belongs. Every voice matters. And every step forward - big or small - is something worth celebrating.

Student Wellbeing & Engagement

We know that student wellbeing and engagement are key to thriving at school, so we’re proud to offer a range of programs that help students connect, unwind, and feel a sense of belonging.
