Our approach to career and pathway planning is embedded throughout each student’s journey, helping them make informed decisions and feel confident about what comes next.

We support students to explore a wide range of post-school options including employment, apprenticeships, traineeships, further training, and tertiary education. Through structured career education, one-on-one coaching, guest speakers, excursions, and real-world learning experiences, students build a strong understanding of the opportunities available to them beyond school.

Our team works closely with each student to develop a personalised Career Action Plan that evolves over time. This includes guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, workplace skills, and connecting with external services or opportunities that support their chosen pathway.

Whether a student is career-focused, still exploring options, or unsure of their next step, Urban College provides the support, encouragement, and practical tools to help them move forward with purpose and clarity.
