Assistant Principal
This is a senior educational leadership position and a core member of the Urban College Executive Team. The Assistant Principal is the Executive Principal's primary partner in ensuring all campuses operate at the highest standard — educationally, culturally, and operationally.
You'll work in close partnership with each Head of Campus, meeting fortnightly to support their leadership and drive consistency across sites. You'll also carry personal accountability for Urban College's regulatory obligations — VRQA, VCAA, the Department of Education, and the ACNC — approaching these not as administrative burdens, but as the foundation on which our college's reputation rests.
Head of Campus - Scoresby
This is a rare opportunity to lead a campus from day one. As Head of Campus (Scoresby), you will establish Urban College's newest site — building its culture, assembling and developing its staff team, and creating an environment where students feel known, supported, and challenged to grow.
Reporting to the Executive Principal, you'll be the educational and operational leader of the Scoresby campus. You'll carry responsibility for everything that makes a campus thrive: teaching quality, student wellbeing, enrolments, compliance, and the day-to-day experience of every person who walks through the door.
