Urban College Students Celebrate with a Day Out at Gumbuya World

After an eventful 2026, Urban College students and teachers enjoyed a well-deserved day of fun, adventure and celebration at Gumbuya World!

The excursion was a fantastic opportunity for everyone to take a break from their usual routines, enjoy some exciting rides and water slides, and spend quality time together outside the classroom.

With plenty of laughter, excitement and memorable moments throughout the day, the outing was about more than just having fun. It was also an opportunity for students to strengthen friendships, build connections with their teachers and celebrate their achievements and experiences throughout the year.

At Urban College, we recognise the importance of creating positive experiences beyond the classroom that encourage connection, confidence and a sense of belonging.

What a great way to celebrate the year so far and make some lasting memories together!
