Urban College Student Lachlan Sefton Wins Tilly Aston Community Award

We’re incredibly proud to celebrate Urban College student Lachlan Sefton, who has been recognised as the Outstanding Young Achiever at the 2026 Tilly Aston Community Awards.

Recognising an Outstanding Young Achiever

The Tilly Aston Community Awards recognise individuals who make a positive contribution to their local community, with the Outstanding Young Achiever award celebrating the achievements and contributions of a young person.

Receiving this award is a fantastic achievement for Lachlan and recognition of the commitment, character and positive contribution he has demonstrated.

Lachlan’s achievement is also a wonderful example of what young people can accomplish when they are given opportunities to build their confidence, recognise their strengths and become actively involved in their community.
