Celebrating Our Class of 2025: A Graduation to Remember

Our Year 12 students reached an unforgettable milestone at their graduation ceremony, held at the beautiful Chateau Wyuna. Surrounded by more than 100 family members and friends, the evening was filled with pride, joy, and plenty of heartfelt moments.

The night began with a meaningful Welcome to Country from Shae before the formalities commenced. Students—looking proud in their caps and gowns—listened to touching speeches from Principal Elise, student representative Evie Connor, and Year 12 teacher Suzi. Each shared stories of resilience, growth, and the incredible journey this cohort has taken throughout their senior years.

One by one, students took to the stage to receive their Graduation Certificates, cheered on by their families and peers. The moment they officially became the Graduating Class of 2025 was marked by turning their tassels—a symbolic gesture signifying the completion of their secondary education.

The celebration ended on a high as the graduates gathered outside for the traditional hat toss. Laughter, excitement, and pride filled the air, creating the perfect ending to a truly special evening.

Following the success of Graduation, celebrations continued at this year’s Formal, where our Year 10, 11, and 12 students came together for a night of great food, drinks, dancing, and plenty of fun.

With a buzzing dance floor, a lively photo booth, and an incredible DJ, the event was a huge hit. A massive thank you goes to Suzi and Ewen for organising such a seamless evening, and to Year 12 student Evie Connor for her valuable support in bringing the event together.

The Formal also provided a wonderful moment to recognise and celebrate student achievements across the year. From academic excellence to personal growth, it was a chance to acknowledge the dedication, effort, and wins of 2025.

Together, Graduation and Formal created a fitting finale to an incredible year—bringing our community together to honour our students, celebrate their strengths, and look ahead to the exciting paths they will take next.
